Services are provided by Ehtisham Saeed (“I”, “me”, “my”), based in Islamabad, Pakistan. Services are delivered to Australian-based clients and users where applicable.
These Terms cover:
Specific engagements (website builds, SEO retainers, strategy work) are governed by individual engagement agreements that incorporate these Terms and add project-specific provisions. Where individual agreements conflict with these general Terms, the individual agreements prevail for that engagement.
You may use the ehtishamsaeed.com/ website for:
You may not:
The RTO Scanner, RTO Digital Infrastructure Scorecard, blog content, and free guides are provided “as is” for general informational and diagnostic purposes. They do not constitute professional compliance, legal, or marketing advice. Use of free tools and content does not create a professional advisory relationship.
The RTO Scanner is a diagnostic tool — a clean Scanner result does not guarantee ASQA audit compliance, and Scanner findings do not constitute formal compliance advice. For formal compliance assessment, engage a qualified ASQA compliance consultant.
RTOGrow SMS offers a free trial period. After trial, subscriptions are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed. No lock-in contracts.
Easy RTO is available via demo-assisted installation. Pricing disclosed during demo.
Expertle offers a Free tier ($0) and Private Course tier ($597 per course, one-time).
The RTO Scanner is free and does not require subscription.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices are as displayed on each product’s website (rtogrow.com.au, expertle.ai, web.rtogrow.com.au) at the time of subscription. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers; price changes do not apply retrospectively to prior billing periods.
RTOGrow SMS subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Expertle Private Course tier purchases ($597 per course, one-time) are non-refundable after SCORM export has been generated.
Your data in the products remains yours. On cancellation, you retain the right to export your data for a 90-day window. After 90 days, data is deleted unless extended retention is requested for compliance purposes (at which point normal retention fees may apply).
Products are provided on a “best effort” availability basis. Target uptime is 99.5 percent excluding scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance is notified in advance via email to subscribers. No SLA credits are offered for downtime unless explicitly included in a specific enterprise agreement.
Products are provided for legitimate Australian RTO business operations. You may not use products for:
Marketing services (website design, SEO, Google Ads, strategy, content) are delivered under individual engagement agreements. Those agreements cover:
General principles applying to all engagements:
The ehtishamsaeed.com/ website content, the Just Win theme, the RTOGrow product suite (including Easy RTO theme and plugin, RTOGrow SMS software, Expertle platform), and the RTO Scanner are owned by Ehtisham Saeed or licensed appropriately.
Authored content (blog posts, guides, strategy documents) is copyright Ehtisham Saeed unless otherwise noted. You may share content on social media and reference it with attribution. Bulk reproduction, republication, or use as training data for AI models without permission is not permitted.
Content you upload to products (your course content in Expertle, your website content in Easy RTO, your student data in RTOGrow SMS) remains your intellectual property. You grant a limited license to process that content as necessary to provide the services.
Deliverables created specifically for client engagements (custom website, strategy document, custom content) transfer to the client upon final payment. Reusable frameworks, templates, and methodologies remain my intellectual property and may be used across engagements.
Free tools, blog content, and guides are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. While I make good-faith effort to ensure accuracy, compliance-related content should be verified against current ASQA Standards and professional advice for your specific situation.
Products are provided “as is” with no warranty that they will meet every specific requirement, be uninterrupted, or be error-free. Known issues are documented and addressed on reasonable timelines.
Marketing services deliver professional output aimed at stated outcomes but do not guarantee specific business results. SEO rankings, Google Ads performance, and enrolment numbers depend on factors outside service provider control including competitive activity, algorithm changes, market conditions, and client operational factors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, my liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services is limited to:
I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost enrolments, business interruption, or reputational damage. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is claimed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ehtisham Saeed from claims arising from:
I may terminate or suspend access to paid products for:
You may terminate subscriptions at any time as described in Section 4.3.
Engagement services may be terminated by either party under the terms of the specific engagement agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, with primary jurisdiction in the state or territory where the client is located for client engagements. For general website users outside engaged clients, Australian federal law applies with jurisdiction in New South Wales.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussion, parties agree to attempt mediation before legal action.
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in services, operations, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting existing subscribers or clients will be communicated via email with reasonable notice (typically 30 days) before taking effect.
