Free 30-minute strategy call. No pitch, no proposal before we’ve talked. Pick a time that works. Australian business hours preferred for live conversations, though evening and weekend slots are available.
What happens on the call
The first 10 minutes is context gathering — understanding your RTO, your current situation, and what you’re trying to solve. The next 15 minutes is working through your specific questions or challenges. The final 5 minutes, if relevant, is outlining potential next steps — which might be a proposal, might be a recommendation to work with someone else, might be a specific suggestion to try before we talk again. No pitch during the call. If there’s a fit for ongoing work, a proposal follows the call in 3-5 days. If there’s no fit, you get an honest “this isn’t what I do” response and a recommendation if I know someone better suited. Time on the call is always useful regardless of outcome because we work on your actual problem.
What to prepare before the call
Nothing required. But these things make the call more useful:
- Your RTO code — I’ll look up your training.gov.au scope before we connect
- A screen share setup — often useful for walking through your website or Google Ads account if relevant
- A clear problem or question — “I want help with marketing” is harder to work with than “our course enquiries dropped 40 percent over the last 6 months and we don’t know why”
- Recent data if relevant — Analytics screenshots, Search Console, Google Ads reports, enrolment trend data. Optional but accelerates the conversation
If none of that’s ready, the call still works — we’ll just spend more of the 30 minutes on context gathering.

If scheduling a call feels like too much commitment for a first conversation, WhatsApp works well for initial questions. Shorter conversations, async, lower friction. Most client relationships start on WhatsApp and move to scheduled calls later.
