Heyy Glad to see you here :)
Available this week

Book a free 30-minute call with an RTO specialist.

No pitch. No proposal before we have talked. Just an honest conversation about your RTO, what is blocking growth, and what is possible in the next 90 days.

30 minutes on Google Meet

Live video call. Australian business hours preferred. Evenings or weekends if those work better.

Honest conversation

If we are not a fit, I tell you who is. No fake urgency, no pressure tactics, no high-stakes selling.

Zero commitment

A written proposal only follows in 3 to 5 days if there is a clear fit. Otherwise, you keep the advice and walk.

NO SURPRISES

Here is exactly what happens.

FIRST 10 MIN

Context

I ask about your RTO. Scope, courses, current student numbers, what is working, what is not. The goal is for me to understand your situation before I open my mouth.

MIDDLE 15 MIN

Work through your problem

We get specific. If you have a website, I share my screen and walk through it. If it is an ads or SEO issue, we look at numbers. If it is strategy, we whiteboard. You get real diagnostic value here, not a sales pitch.

LAST 5 MIN

Honest next steps

Sometimes that is a proposal. Sometimes a referral to someone better suited. Sometimes 'do these 3 things and call me back in 6 months'. Whatever fits your situation.

PREP CHECKLIST

Nothing required. But these help.

If none of this is ready, the call still works. We just spend more of the 30 minutes on context-gathering.

Most useful: bring one specific problem you want to solve.

Your RTO code

So I can look up your scope on training.gov.au and check qualifications before we connect.

A screen ready to share

Useful for walking through your website, Google Ads account, or analytics live on the call.

A specific problem to solve

'Course enquiries dropped 40 percent over the last 6 months' beats 'I need help with marketing'. Specific problems get specific answers.

Any data you have

Analytics screenshots, Search Console, ad reports, enrolment trends. Optional but accelerates the conversation a lot.

FINAL HESITATIONS

Before you book.

Is this really free? What is the catch?

Yes, genuinely free. No catch. 30 minutes of my time, no obligation. If we are a fit, a written proposal follows in 3 to 5 days. If not, you get honest recommendations you can act on yourself, possibly a referral. Either way, you walk away with value.

What if I am not ready to commit to anything yet?

That is the norm, not the exception. Most discovery calls do not end in a contract. They end in clarity. You will leave with at least one specific action you can take this week, whether or not you ever hire me.

My RTO is small. Is this worth your time?

Yes. I work with single-trainer RTOs and 50+ trainer RTOs. Smaller RTOs often see bigger results faster because there are fewer moving parts. If you are trying to grow or recover, you are a fit.

Will I be sold to on the call?

No. I do not pitch on discovery calls. If there is a clear fit, I send a written proposal afterwards. That is where the selling happens, in writing, with no pressure. If there is not a fit, I tell you on the call and recommend what to do instead.

You are in Pakistan. Does the timezone work?

Pakistan is 2 to 3 hours behind AEST. I keep Australian business hours for calls, which means I work afternoons and evenings my time. Most clients say the response time is faster than working with Australia-based agencies, not slower.

What kinds of RTOs do you work with?

Any sector. White Card, Fitness, Care, Construction, Hospitality, IT, Business. The marketing principles are sector-agnostic. The specialism is in understanding ASQA marketing compliance, AVETMISS context, qualification-based SEO, and how Australian student enrolment funnels actually work.

Still scrolling? Just book.

The booking widget is at the top of this page. Pick a time that works. Worst case, you get 30 minutes of honest, specific RTO marketing advice from someone who has built four products for the sector.
