Working With Me

Yes. I specialise exclusively in Australian Registered Training Organisations. This niche focus means I understand ASQA requirements, AVETMISS reporting, USI obligations, and the VET sector better than any generalist agency.

I am based in Pakistan and work remotely with Australian RTO clients. All communication happens via WhatsApp, email, and Zoom. The time difference works well — you send me something end of day and wake up to completed work.

Primarily via WhatsApp for quick updates and email for formal sign-offs. I provide weekly progress updates on all active projects and you have direct access to me — no account managers or intermediaries.

I keep a deliberately small client roster to maintain quality. At any given time I work with 8 to 12 active RTO clients across different engagement types. If I am at capacity I will tell you honestly and discuss timing.

Websites

Most RTO clients see measurable ranking improvements within 60 to 90 days. Significant traffic and enquiry increases typically follow at 3 to 6 months. SEO compounds over time — the longer the campaign runs, the stronger the results become.

I can manage Google Ads as part of a broader lead generation strategy, but I recommend starting with SEO as the foundation. Organic traffic has no per-click cost and compounds over time, unlike ads which stop the moment you stop paying.
