Ehtisham Saeed is an Australian RTO marketing specialist based in Islamabad, Pakistan. He builds ASQA-compliant websites, runs Google Ads, and develops student-management systems exclusively for Australian Registered Training Organisations, with over six years of sector experience and more than 50 RTOs served.

Ehtisham Saeed is a Pakistani digital entrepreneur based in Islamabad who specialises in the Australian RTO sector. He runs live marketing campaigns for Australian Registered Training Organisations through his agency Everyshot — Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content, and web design — and has built four live products specifically for Australian RTOs: RTOGrow SMS, Easy RTO, Expertle, and the RTO Scanner. Most people in this space do marketing or software. He does both. See also: How to Market Your RTO in 2026.

If you’re looking for a former ASQA auditor or an ex-RTO CEO, that’s not who this is. Ehtisham is a digital entrepreneur who has chosen the Australian VET sector as his specialisation, built four live products for it, and runs live marketing campaigns for Australian RTOs through his agency.

What makes that credible — not in theory, in practice — is the combination. Most people in the RTO sector do one thing. Pure marketing agencies don’t understand ASQA compliance. Pure compliance consultants don’t understand student acquisition. Software vendors build platforms but don’t run the campaigns. Ehtisham runs the campaigns and builds the software, simultaneously, so the products reflect real operational reality and the marketing reflects real compliance boundaries.

The 360-degree view

An agency sees what converts. A software builder sees what the operational problems actually are. Ehtisham sees both at the same time. See also: How Australian RTOs Are Actually Winning in 2026.

When Everyshot runs Google Ads for a WA-based short-course RTO, the data shows which qualification keywords convert to enrolled students versus which ones just burn budget on unqualified traffic. When RTOGrow SMS processes a NAT file submission for a client, the validation layer shows exactly which AVETMISS field errors broke past submissions for other RTOs. When Easy RTO’s ASQA Compliance Tracker runs across a new client’s course catalogue, it surfaces exactly which 2025 Standards requirements most RTOs miss on their websites.

Each of those data points feeds the others. The marketing campaigns get sharper because the products show what’s actually breaking. The products get better because the campaigns show what actually matters to prospective students. The content — the blog posts, the LinkedIn commentary, the free resources — get more specific because both sides of the operation generate real sector insight.

This is what it means to write from inside the problem rather than outside it.

What Ehtisham has built

Four live products, each solving a different part of the Australian RTO digital infrastructure.

RTOGrow SMS — a full SaaS student management system for Australian RTOs. AVETMISS 8.0 compliance. NAT file generation with validation. USI verification. Trainer and student portals. Enrolment and certificate automation. Stripe payments. 2025 Standards ready. Modern cloud-native architecture. No lock-in contracts. Currently targeting small-to-medium RTOs as an affordable alternative to aXcelerate and VETtrak.

Easy RTO — a WordPress theme and plugin purpose-built for Australian RTO websites. Course schema markup. RTO code sitewide. ASQA Compliance Tracker. CSV bulk import for the entire course catalogue. Built-in enquiry forms. Currently at version 2.5, actively developed. Live at web.rtogrow.com.au.

Expertle — a gamified course builder with 27,000+ units of competency pre-loaded from training.gov.au. 12+ game types for interactive learning. SCORM 1.2 export. Real-time compliance scoring against unit performance criteria. Free tier plus a $597 Private Course tier. Live at expertle.ai.

RTO Scanner — a free compliance scanner that checks any Australian RTO website against 75+ prohibited phrases, validates the RTO code against training.gov.au, and produces a downloadable PDF report. No signup required. Live at rtoscanner.ehtishamsaeed.com.

And Everyshot — the digital marketing agency that runs the live campaigns. Everyshot serves multiple niches, but the RTO specialisation is the sharpest lane. Websites, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and content for Australian Registered Training Organisations.

Why Australian RTOs specifically

The Australian VET sector is a 4-million-student, $14-billion-a-year industry that most marketing agencies don’t understand and most software vendors treat as a complexity problem rather than a design challenge.

It’s regulated specifically. ASQA enforces the Standards for RTOs. NCVER publishes the data standards for AVETMISS reporting. training.gov.au is the national register. The 2025 Standards transition required every RTO to update their systems, their marketing, and their trainer requirements. Every quarter, something changes — a new Practice Guide, a new funding rule, a new state-level requirement.

That complexity is exactly why the sector is underserved. Generic agencies can’t operate inside it. Generic software vendors build platforms that technically work but don’t understand NAT file field-level errors or why the NRT logo can’t sit in the footer of a page advertising non-accredited training. The specialists who do exist are usually former RTO operators who charge like consultants and can’t scale.

Ehtisham is building the alternative — sector-specific products and services that are priced for the small-to-medium RTOs that make up most of the private VET market, delivered with the systems-oriented discipline of a product builder rather than the hourly-billing logic of a consultant.

The Islamabad angle

Ehtisham is based in Islamabad, Pakistan, and serves Australia. This is part of the brand, not something to hide.

What it means in practice: the cost base is lower than an Australian agency’s, which translates into competitive pricing for Everyshot services without margin compression on quality. The systems-oriented approach was built from operating remotely across time zones — discipline in documentation, automation, and async communication that most agency operations don’t have. And the sector knowledge comes from deliberate research rather than proximity — reading every ASQA Practice Guide, every Standards update, every NCVER publication. The products had to be compliant from day one because there’s no room for “we’ll figure out compliance later” when your customer is a regulated RTO operating in a sector where mistakes trigger audits.

The origin story is real. Ehtisham grew up in a village in Pakistan with limited electricity and limited internet, taught himself digital skills through YouTube on restricted data, and built his way up to running campaigns for Australian businesses and building SaaS products used by Australian training organisations. That story lives in a separate brand for a different audience. On this site, for this audience, the location is context — competitive advantage — not biography.

What’s honest to claim

This is a personal brand site, not a press release. Everything on this page is verifiable or qualified.

  • Actively managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and web design for Australian RTO clients through Everyshot — current clients include WorkForce Training Group (RTO 46093) and IEFP (Institute of Elite Fitness Professionals), both publicly credited on their own sites.
  • Four live products built specifically for the Australian VET sector, each operating at its own live URL with real users.
  • Deep research into ASQA Standards (2015 and 2025), AVETMISS 8.0, training.gov.au data structures, USI requirements, and the full RTO competitive landscape — RTO Acceleration, SearchMax, Digital Nomads HQ on the marketing side; aXcelerate, VETtrak, eSkilled, PowerPro, RTOPilot on the software side.
  • Operating from Islamabad with a lower cost base than Australian agencies — this shows up in pricing, not in quality.

What this page doesn’t claim: a specific number of RTOs managed, ASQA registration or regulatory standing, insider ASQA access, or client results without client permission. The commitment to honesty is what makes the credibility real.

How working with Ehtisham actually works

The first conversation is a free 30-minute strategy call. No pitch. No proposal before we’ve talked about what your RTO actually needs.

For RTOs that have never worked with a specialist agency: start by running the free RTO Scanner on your website. The scan takes about two minutes and surfaces compliance issues on your current pages. If it finds problems, we’ve got something specific to discuss on the call.

For RTOs ready to move: the typical engagement through Everyshot combines website (built on Easy RTO), SEO, and Google Ads. Where student management is painful, RTOGrow SMS runs alongside or replaces existing platforms. Where content is the gap, Expertle lets you build interactive course content that exports to SCORM for your existing LMS.

A limited number of new RTO clients are onboarded at any time. The client roster is kept deliberately small so the work actually gets the attention it needs.

Common questions

No. Ehtisham is based in Islamabad, Pakistan, and serves Australian RTO clients remotely. Everyshot’s current client work, product development, and this content site are all run from Islamabad. The cost base advantage translates into competitive service pricing, and the systems-oriented approach — built from operating across time zones — compensates for the remote model. All communication happens via WhatsApp, email, and Zoom.

By reading the source documents. The Standards for RTOs 2015 and 2025 are public. ASQA publishes every Practice Guide on asqa.gov.au. NCVER publishes AVETMISS data standards and annual sector reports. training.gov.au publishes every nationally recognised qualification. The USI Act is public. This isn’t secret knowledge — it’s research that most marketing agencies don’t bother to do because their clients aren’t regulated. Building products for Australian RTOs required learning the compliance framework end-to-end because a non-compliant product is useless to an RTO.

Through this personal brand — ehtishamsaeed.com/ — yes. The content, products, and service offerings here are specifically for Australian Registered Training Organisations. Everyshot as an agency serves multiple niches, but the RTO specialisation is where the deep knowledge and product ecosystem sits.

Run the free RTO Scanner on your website first — it takes about two minutes and gives you a concrete baseline. Then book a free 30-minute strategy call. If the scan surfaces issues, the call focuses on fixing them. If the scan is clean, the call focuses on growth.
